I was not planning on keeping a Maycee daughter in 2023, she is young and I had finished does I wanted to keep kids from instead. But when Maycee popped out a pair of HUGE LONG giant dragon type babies, and a huge WHITE doe kid, how could I not? Hands down the best litter of the year! And Maycee looks great as a four year old. Maelys is a dragon name, she is a stunning long boned great white!
Update! We are so thrilled with how she freshened! She had a single buck and 3 weeks later showed 2x 1st 1x 2nd in the yearling milker class. Vampiro made all the improvements I would like to see with Maycee! Mae had a single kid this year again (doe!) that is absolutely beautiful and retained. Her udder is socked on and the spitting image of what I am looking for. She is larger than her dam, very correct in front end and smooth on the move. I can not wait to see her at 3 with (hopefully) more than one kid.
2025 Update! I said I did not want to finish Mae this year as I want to see her really bloom with multiple kids and what did she do? Get two milking legs! LOL Even being a little "over loved" she still remains a powerhouse and dairy doe. And that udder, you won't get anymore attachment. It is just all over and milks to nothing. We retained her doe kid this year! So thankfully she did not finish, I want to show her at 3! But she did earn two GCH milking legs and two Reserves! If you want size, front end, smoothness and attachment, she is your girl!
