I had the privaledge of seeing Magic Mirror in person at the December show when she finished with a Best in Show win. As I was holding Emily's yearling in the lineup I could not help but just ADMIRE this goat. She was so perfect in general appearance, so smooth and long and wide over the topline and sharp up in that front end. She reminded me of a standard goat! Not to mention her incredibly high rear udder and sweeping fore. Best thing about this goat is the MILK. She is one you could freshen in January and she would still fill easily in October. She was a worker! Magic was easily in my top 5 of Nigerian doe favorites. I immediately put a deposit down after that show. When she bred her to Easy on the Eyes, that was even more exciting as his dam "Fae" has the same extreme dairyness and beautiful rear udder and teat placement. Sadly Magic was lost after kidding, and while she may not have been able to prove herself to the world, those that saw her know the true greatness that was in that goat. So we welcome here, Smoke & Mirrors.
