To say we were pleased to acquire the son of the 2 x National Champion LaMancha GCH Willow Run GC Surata is an understatement. I admired Surata at 2003 Nationals and co-owner Beth Kennelley and I put a deposit down on an 05 buckling after she won again in 2004. When a buck was not produced, we were offered her only son, Sunra. How could we pass up such an opportunity?

Sunra's kids at Willow Run are nothing short of spectacular, as is he.

Update! Sunra finished his Championship in all 3 rings of 2006 Rutfest and LAed 3-02 90 EVE!

Sunra was sold this past summer to Coni Perry of Hoof & Horn LaManchas when the Devonshire herd (Sunra's half owner) cut back their LaMancha herd. We have plenty of semen available and he will be used again.
